Last month, I took a last minute chance at attending a photography workshop down in San Diego for a few days. When I say last minute, I mean... last minute because I talked to J about it, requested the time off work and bought a RT plane ticket in the span of about an hour. It was completely out of my comfort zone and I was so nervous, but now I can honestly say a month later, it was one of the best spontaneous things I've ever done.
Ran by Sarah of This Rad Love and Kaye of Oh Kaye! Love, the unWorkshop Slumber Party was a long weekend filled with informative classes, actual shoots and mentors who were there at all times of the day/night to answer any question. It was also a great chance to meet ladies in the photography field who are already working (and killing it, by the way) that I would never have had the honor of meeting.
I'll be sharing photos from the two shoots in the next couple of posts so stay tuned for that. One is a couple session and the other, a family session. For this set, just a few shots of things going on at Sarah's house and also some rad headshots we got to take of each other.
